There are two ways to submit the ACA Show Report Form

1. Submit an ACA Show Report Form Online
2. ACA Show Report Form PDF 
   1. Fill out the PDF form and save it to your computer
   2. OR print out the PDF form and scan it to your computer
   3. Email it to president@araucana.net

Please fill out all applicable information.  At this time it is only suggested to have the show secretary sign the form.  If you are not able to do so, please send in the form anyway.  Lets get your points counted!
